By placing an order with Robin’s Kreations, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Return Policy
   

   Due to the nature of custom-made, handmade, and personalized items, certain products may be final sale. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for complete return eligibility information.

2. Shipping Information
   Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout. Robin’s Kreations is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

3. Order Processing
   Order production typically begins within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

4. Shipping Timeframes
   Orders are generally shipped within 3–7 business days via UPS. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. Tracking information may be provided when available.

5. Handmade Variations
   Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in color, texture, or design may occur. These variations are normal and do not constitute defects or grounds for refunds or exchanges.

6. Shipping Delays
   Robin’s Kreations is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
