Robin’s Kreations values your satisfaction and aims to provide a smooth return experience where applicable. Please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items only, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • Original tags and packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund and are considered final sale:

  • Handmade, tailored, or made-to-order products, excluding standard shirts, pouches, and charms
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before submitting a return request.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible), and
  2. Place a new order once your return is approved

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must meet the same eligibility conditions outlined above, including original condition and proof of purchase.

Final sale and handmade tailored items remain non-returnable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider
